All I Wanna Do..

I'm so happy right now. Finally I can really go to Melbourne, yeay! Just booked the ticket yesterday, and I was lucky enough to get the what-so-called cheapest rate. So I'll be departed on August 5th, and come back on 12th. During my visit, I'll stay in my brother's apartment, for free. Purrrrfffeecccctt =D

Mira has suggested me some best spots in Melbourne that I should go to. Collins St, Ballarat, Pancake Parlour, Cupcakes *forgot the name*, Cocoa Black, Max Brenner, Giant Wheel, Flagstaff Garden, etc, etc.. Aaaawww I can't wait! This is my first time going on a holiday by myself (without my parents around), so I'm really really excited. This time, my holiday will be all about taking pictures, food tasting, and probabbly shopping. Aheahhaehaha.. How fun is that?

Its not all about the 'fun' things, though. My brother's apartment is misserable. No bed, no tables and chairs, no tv, no internet, no microwave, no fridge. He moved in last month and got really busy with his work, so yeah, its quite understandable for me. BUT! I gotta try my best to make it look more homey and more livable before my Papa and my Mama coming on the 18th. 'Cause if they see how my bro lives in his 'home', they'd be so deep in shock their jaws would dropped down to the floor. Not good, not good..

So I guess I should rush him to Ikea or whichever affordable furniture store is around. Or even try eBay. Eheehehe. Well, well, well... Just hoping my brother will have a spare time for me and furnishing his apt.

Finally we actually watch this cisrcus show, a super sweet treat from my superboii :)

The show was amazing. I was so overly excited to see the cute animals (dogs, ponies, and even goats!) and many other acrobatic attraction by the performers (clowns and those girls with elastic body?).

One thing that amazed me the most was the cute little boy who seemed to be the centre of the stage, whenever he came out. He's around 2 years old, and sooo extremely cute! He's the third left on the picture. I surely enjoyed the show. Thank you my boy!

Saturday.

Hari sabtu. Tadi gw sengaja bangun siang banget, jam 11. Haha. Udah kebangun dari jam 8an sih. Tapi maksa tidur lagi soalnya nggak tau mau ngapain jg kl keluar kamar.. Akhirnya sekitar jam 9.30 gw keluar karena denger Wendy sama Odri pada ngobrol2. Abis ikutan ngobrol bentar, gw masuk kamar lagi.. tidur.

Bangun2 main internet, abis itu sikat gigi & cuci muka. Trus langsung turun bikin EasyMac. Makan itu buat brunch, pake keripik korea. Enak. Pas lagi makan, anak2 pada mulai nylaian dvd Radit & Jani. Yaudah, gw ikutan ntn deh. Rada cheesy sih filmnya, tp gw smpt nangis dikit. Hehehe..

Dan sekarang ini udah jam 3.20 pm gw masih berpiyama. Abis ini mau mandi deh, trus belanja buah ke Woolworths depan rumah. Nanti malem juga nggak ada rencana tuh. Hari ini judulnya bener2 totally at home :)

Sepertinya gw pun nggak jadi ke Melbourne. Padahal udah ngajak temen2 ketemuan, udh ngatur tanggal. Untung belom beli tiket. Abis gw stress sih belom dapet2 kerja. Kalopun gw kesana, mungkin weekend doang dan itu blm tau kapan. Di satu sisi, perasaan gw tuh nggak enak kl liburan seneng2 tapi blm dapet kerja. Di sisi lain, kl udah dapet kerja, nanti nggak bisa liburan. Padahal udh dari lama banget gw pengen ke Melb. Udah hampir setahun nggak ketemu adek gw.. Huhu.

Besok sih rencananya gw mau ntn sirkus sama superboii. Nggak tau jg tuh sirkus mulai jam berapa. Kita go-show aja kesananya. Yah untung2an lah. Kl dapet ya sukur, nggak yaudah.

Emm. I prefer to spill out my today's activity than counting sheeps. Hehe. Me and superboii actually had plan to see a circus show near Carousel this morning. I was so excited until we found the banner "NO SHOW TODAY" at the main entrance. Shoot. Just not my luck, I guess.

Full of disappointment, we continued our search for a laptop repair centre. Superboii's laptop is not working (blackout on the screen). There are only few around Perth and we end up with rejection from here and there, because the only only one who can repair the laptop is the manufacturer. And as far as I can remember, I've never seen Compaq/HP's rep around here. Ugh.

Disppointment + disappointment = bad mood.

After that, we headed to Bentley because I need to buy meat(s) to stock up my fridge. And then he drove me home, and he left. Just like that. At home, I tried to get busy with applying for jobs through SEEK.

The only thing that has successfully lifted up my mood is probably the dinner with Rangga, Gandes, Fyke, Vely and Aqid. I had fun, really. I just met them two days ago actually.. But they're very friendly and fun to be with. Hehe.

Aha! My superboii is finally back in Perth! Owh I missed him so much. Too bad that he touched down on Friday, when the weather was awful. The wind blows like 100km/hour, so you can imagine how frustrating his flight was. Its worse than riding a rollercoaster, he said.. Hehe.

Yesterday, he took me out to dinner in Izumi Japanese Rest. And here's some snap of the food,, yummy!
