New Friend - Old Friend

I just chatted with an old friend. Well, not an "old friend" old friend, we went to the same junior high but never hang around or even talked to each other those days. Maybe that's because we never been in the same class. But he somewhow listed on my friend-list in FB.

So he greeted me through FB chat, told me that he met my brother today (he resides in Melbourne). As the conversation goes, I realized that I couldn't recall anyting about him at all. Its funny that he recognized me back then. And it made me feel bad that I should honestly said that I had no idea who he was. I think the only reason why he recognized me is because I was bestfriend with the most popular girl in school. Haha.

I told him that I'm planning to visit my brother in Melbourne next month, and he promised to be a tour guide during my visit. So I asked for his number, and misscalled him. Guess what? He said he was surprised that my name appeared in his screen when I called. Weird, eh? I never talked or chatted with him so how did he get my number? Is that the latest technology or what??

We chatted for more than an hour, it feels like I was chatting with a long-lost friend. Felt like I was talking to someone I knew for years, and its funny because technically we haven't met. So I'm kinda excited to meet this 'old friend'.

Owh I can't wait to see my brother in Melbourne, and stroll down the city with a pocket camera to capture its best spots. And I'm gonna meet some old friends in there too: Mira, Emon, Sari, and Yesa. Yeay!!

Gossip Girl Fever.

I might be the latest person to find out how cool Gossip Girl is. As part of W's influence, I got so much into it I watched all the episodes from season 1 in 2 nights. Here's are some of my favourite quote:

And my favourite scene is when Dan told Serena all the reason why he loves her. Aaaww. That was just super romantic! When a guy come to you and says "I love you", you should ask him what makes him loves you, because you want to believe him. If he couldn't give you the answer, then he's just not that into you. Am I right?

(Not So) Boring Jakarta - Part 4

Udah direncanain dari jauh-jauh hari nih, berhubung Faizul (temennya si pacar dari Kuching) lg liburan di Jakarta, gw sama si pacar mau nemenin dia jalan2 ke PIM. Skenarionya: si pacar nganter bokapnya ke kantor - jemput gw - jemput Faizul - ke PIM. Dan dia pagi banget yaa dateng ke rmh gw jam 9.20! Hahahaha, biasanya jam 9.30 gw baru bangun..

Yaudah, abis itu kita langsung ke Sari Pan Pacific jemput Faizul, dan memberikan sekotak kue2 dari mamaku buat dia. Langsuunngg ke PIM. Sampe PIM masih pagi, jam 11 kurang. Masih sepii banget. Trus kita muter2 aja mondar mandir dari PIM 1 - PIM 2. Gw beli setrikaan di Ace Hardware. Faizul shopping. hihi. Abis itu langsung laper, makan deh di food court.

Jalan-jalan lagi, capek lagi. Akhirnya ngopi di Regal, di ruangan yg smoking room ya ampun pulang2 badan gw bau rokok semua. Singkat cerita, kita pulangnya misah, si pacar jemput bokapnya ke kantor, gw dijemput supir, sekaligus nganter Faizul ke Senayan City karena bokap dan adenya dia msh disana. Lucunya, pas di mobil kan ada lagunya Yovie Nuno yang "Dia Milikku", si Faizul afal lho.. Hahaha, dia yang dari Sarawak afal lagu indo sementara gw baru pertama kali denger lagu itu.

Pulangnya rada macettttt. Biasaaaa Jakartaaa :(
